Organic Angus Roast Beef Recipe

Not sure what to cook your family for supper tonight? Why not cook an Organic Angus Roast Beef for supper? It was a wet rainy day here yesterday so that is what I did and the kids loved it! We also have let overs for tomorrow lunch!

What I used:

  • Organic Angus Roast Beef
  • Minced Garlic
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Parsley
  • Chives
  • Worcestershire Sauce

Organic Angus Beef Raost 3I placed roast in pan, added a little water to bottom so it will not go dry when cooking, you may have to add more as it cooks. Then rub minced garlic on the roast, put a few drops of Worcestershire sauce on (add to your liking), sprinkle on pepper, oregano, paprika, parsley and chives.

Bake at 325F until cooked.



Organic Angus Roast Beef finishedWe had it with beets, beet greens, saute swiss chard and carrots. Delicious!

Some people like to add a little vinegar on the swiss chard and beet greens. Either way they are packed with vitamins and goodness to compliment the health benefits of cooking with Organic Angus Roast Beef.




I boiled the carrots, beets and beet greens. I saute the swiss chard with garlic. Save the water from boiling the beets, you can use it as a soup base for an organic burger soup. I will be posting that recipe soon so keep an eye out for it. The water from boiling the beets contains lots of good vitamins and nutrients loss from the beets when boiling. You can also bake the beets and saute the beet greens if you prefer.
