#1. Use a thermometer to test for doneness and watch the thermometer carefully. Grass fed beef cooks more quickly then other beef, so your beef can go from perfectly cooked to overcooked in less than a minute.

#2. Let the beef sit covered and in a warm place for 8 to 10 minutes after removing from heat to let the juices redistribute.

#3. Always use tongs to turn your organic beef, never use a fork to turn it as the fork can let precious juices to be lost.

#4. Try buttermilk – It may sound strange, but it actually works. The lactic acid and protein enzymes of the buttermilk break down the cell walls of the meat, thereby tenderizing it and reducing the gamey flavour. Read more here.
